Before booking an appointment at Renee’s Dog Grooming Orlando, your pet must be up to date on yearly boosters and rabies. Proof of vaccination is required on your initial visit for the safety of your pet and others’. Your vet bill showing what shots where administered and when they expire is sufficient. If you forget your shot records I will not be able to groom your dog until you produce shot records.
Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a customer card that will have information that I need to know about your pet. I will discuss with you what kind of style and show you a portfolio of different cuts so I may understand exactly what you want, concerns, or special instructions. Every effort is made to get your pet finished in a timely manner but, sometimes circumstances beyond my control may not allow me to do that. If I am running late you will be notified. I require a 4 hour minimum on grooms and mini grooms. Two or more dogs in a family 5 to 6 hours. Baths are usually done in a shorter period of time.
I request pet(s) to be picked up when ready. Early drop offs or late picks ups are available upon request at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you can not make your appointment or are running late a courtesy call is appreciated. If you have not arrived 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment you may need to re-schedule unless you have notified me.

At Renee’s, every precaution is taken to insure that your pet(s) is in a clean and safe environment . All pets must be up to date on yearly boosters and rabies. Proof of vaccination is required on your initial visit. All pets are lifted in and out of crates and tub to insure no accidents. Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the shop.
Large breeds with hip problems will not be crated and will have a special area. If pet(s) are with me more than 4 hours they are taken to the backyard one at a time for a short break, water and biscuits if allowed. If your dog needs to stay all day no problem.

I use all natural products. Since most pet(s) are on a topical flea treatment, a hypo allergenic shampoo is always used which will not strip out all of the flea protection, followed up by a fabulous Oatmeal conditioner. Medicated treatments are available at an additional charge upon request. Remember detergent and medicated shampoo will strip out all of your topical flea protection.
A portfolio is available for you to view so you may decide on what kind of a style you would like or to create a special style just for your pet. Plus, your pet’s grooming is not complete without a splash of Le Pooch Cologne and bow on the collar or ears. On holidays, they receive special holiday Bandanas. And YES! We even do painted nails on request.
